Game Vault Redeem Request Template

Half-complete cash-out messages slow everything down. Giving Game Vault players a fixed format for redeem requests means you can act on each one immediately.

The format to pin

Ask players to copy and fill in:

• Username:
• Amount to redeem:
• Payout method and details:
• Time sent:

Four lines, one message. Anything missing, you reply with the format again.

Why each line matters

The username lets you find the account at agent.gamevault999.com without guessing. The amount lets you check the balance covers it. Payout details avoid back-and-forth, and the time helps you work strictly in order.

Processing

1. Open the account and check the balance.
2. Redeem the exact amount.
3. Pay out by the stated method.
4. Reply "Paid" with the amount and add it to your sheet.

Changing details

If a player wants payment to a new account, ask them to confirm from the same chat they always use. Be extra careful with sudden changes.

Queue fairly

Handle requests in the order received. Regular players and newcomers wait the same. Post an estimated wait if the queue is long.

Partial redeems

Some players want to cash out part of a balance and keep playing with the rest. The same format works: they simply write the amount they want now. Mention the balance left behind when you reply, so nobody later disputes what remained.

Pin it everywhere

Put the format in your group description, your welcome message and your saved replies. The more places players see it, the fewer incomplete requests you receive.
