Game Vault Recharge Kenya

Every Kenyan Game Vault agent spends most of the day recharging. Doing it the same careful way each time is what separates calm agents from stressed ones.

A safe recharge habit

Confirm the payment has really arrived, copy the player’s username from your chat rather than typing it, paste it into the search box, then enter the amount. Read both aloud before pressing confirm. It takes five seconds and prevents almost every mistake.

"I didn’t get it"

When a player says the credits are missing, open the history and find the line. Send them a screenshot of it. Nine times out of ten they were looking at an old screen.

Wrong player recharged

Redeem the amount back straight away, then recharge the right player. Note what happened so the history makes sense when you reconcile.

Reloading your own balance

Order before you run out, not after. A Kenyan seller who reloads on Thursday afternoon is ready for the whole American weekend.

Promo on reloads

Seat reloads of 5,000 points or more get 9% extra.

Online only

We have no Kenyan office, and we never ask for your password.

Busy nights

On Friday and Saturday nights, messages arrive faster than you can answer. Reply to recharges in the order payments arrived, and post a quick note in your group if there is a short queue. Players are patient when they know they have not been forgotten.
