Game Vault Backend Panel Tour

If you have never seen the Game Vault backend panel, the first visit can feel busy. It really comes down to five screens, and most shifts use only two of them.

The balance header

Across the top sits your own remaining balance. Glance at it before every busy evening. When it drops below what a normal night uses, order a top-up while there is still time for the payment to clear.

The account list

This is where every player username you created lives, with each balance beside it. A search box filters by name, which matters once the list grows past a few dozen people.

Load and redeem forms

Open a player, choose recharge or redeem, enter the amount and confirm. The two forms look alike, so read the heading before pressing the button. A redeem typed into the recharge form is the classic first-week slip.

Seller tools (higher seats only)

Distributor and sub-distributor seats see an extra section for creating store or agent logins and sending balance down to them. Store seats do not see it at all.

History and reports

Every transfer is written to a log you can filter by date or username. Exporting a week and comparing it with your own sheet takes ten minutes and catches nearly every mistake. Our panel glossary explains the column names.

Phone or laptop?

The panel works in a phone browser, but the account list and history are much easier to read on a wider screen. Many agents load on the phone and reconcile on a laptop.

The quickest way to learn these screens is to practise on an unfunded seat, which our Game Vault distributor desk opens on request; see also the Game Vault backend guide.
