Game Vault Backends

Search for Game Vault backends and you will find sellers describing what sound like different products. In practice there is one Game Vault 999 backend with several levels of access.

The levels at a glance

• Distributor backend: opens sub-distributor, agent and store seats and loads any of them.
• Sub-distributor backend: runs a small team of agents or stores under one balance.
• Agent backend: creates player usernames, recharges and redeems.
• Store backend: the agent tools set up for a shop owner who serves regular customers online.

What every level shares

Player creation, recharge, redeem, password reset and history look the same on all of them. The higher the level, the more seats appear in the tree above those everyday tools. You never learn a second system when you move up.

Control only flows down

A seat can freeze, reset or pull credits from the seats it created, never from the one above. Before you buy from anyone, ask who sits directly over your seat, because that person decides how fast a lock-out gets fixed.

Which backend to start on

If it is just you and your players, begin on an agent account. Once friends want to sell under you, read sub-distributor account and the agent vs distributor comparison. Shops should start with the store account setup guide. Menus are shown in detail on the Game Vault backend page.

Our Game Vault distributor desk will point you to a level once you share roughly how big your player list is.
