Game Vault VIP Players

A few regular players often account for a big share of an agent’s activity. Treating them well, while keeping firm rules, is good business.

Who counts as VIP?

There is no official label. Most agents use the term for players who reload often or in large amounts and pay reliably. Define it for yourself so you treat people consistently.

Faster service

The most valued perk is speed. Reply to these players first and confirm loads quickly. A short "on it" message while you check a payment goes a long way.

Keep enough stock

Big sessions can drain your balance. Learn when your heavy players usually play and keep a buffer ready. If your weekly order rises above 5,000 points, the 9% promo helps with that buffer.

Bonuses with rules

If you offer extras, set clear rules and write them down. Bonuses given on impulse are hard to stop and can upset other players.

Limits still apply

Being a good customer does not mean loading before payment arrives. Keep the same rule for everyone; it protects you and them.

Records

Large players produce large numbers. Keep their loads and redeems clearly noted so any query is settled from the history in seconds.
