Game Vault Cash-Out Delays

Nothing worries a player like a slow cash-out. Most delays have simple causes, and an honest update calms nearly everyone.

Common causes

• The request arrived outside your posted hours.
• Your payment method takes time to send or settle.
• You are checking the request against the history first.
• Many cash-outs arrived at once after a busy night.

Say when, not just sorry

"Received, I will process it by 10 PM" is much better than "please wait". A specific time gives the player something to hold on to.

Check before you redeem

Look at the player’s recent activity in the panel. Redeem the exact amount requested, then pay. Rushing this step to save a few minutes is where expensive mistakes happen.

Post your cash-out rules

Minimum amount, processing hours and typical time to pay. Pin them where every player sees them. When a delay does happen, you can point to the rules politely.

When it is your fault

If you forgot or ran late, say so plainly and process it first thing. Players trust agents who admit slips more than agents who make excuses.

Keep a cash-out list

Write each request with the time it arrived. Work through them in order so nobody feels skipped.

The full routine is in the cash-out process guide; seats come from our Game Vault distributor team.

This guide is part of the Game Vault distributor service; start on the home page if you want a seat.
