Game Vault Recharge Canada

For Canadian Game Vault agents, a recharge takes seconds in the panel. The care around it is what keeps the business clean.

Who does what

Players pay their agent and receive balance from the agent’s panel. We sell prepaid stock to agents. Players never buy from us directly.

Confirm the money properly

Whatever payment method you and your player use, wait until it is deposited in your account, not just "sent". Some transfers can be held or cancelled before they settle.

East to west

Halifax is four hours ahead of Vancouver. If you announce a bonus window, name the zone. Agents with players across the country often post "8 PM Eastern / 5 PM Pacific" to avoid confusion.

Seasonal patterns

Many Canadian agents see longer sessions in the dark winter months. Raise your usual order a little from November and watch your history to see if it holds true for your group.

A short routine

1. Payment deposited? Yes.
2. Username copied from your list.
3. Amount typed and read twice.
4. Confirm, then message the player.

Weekly totals

Add up recharges and redeems each week and match them against the change in your panel balance.

Provinces set their own approach to gaming, so check yours before you start. We have no Canadian office.
