Game Vault Agent FAQ for Beginners

These are the questions new Game Vault sellers send us most in their first week, answered in plain words.

What exactly does a Game Vault agent do?

You are the person players deal with. You set up their usernames in the panel, add balance after they pay, and take balance back when they want to cash out. The game itself, the lobby and the servers are run by the platform, not by you.

Where is the agent panel?

It opens in a browser at agent.gamevault999.com. There is no agent app to install. Players, on the other hand, use the iPhone or Android app from download.gamevault999.com.

How many games will my players see?

Around 59: forty-seven slot titles, seven fish rooms and five table games at the last count. Spend half an hour on a test player so you can describe the lobby honestly.

Do I have to pay to start?

Not to look. Your first seat is empty, so you can learn the menus for free. Points are prepaid when you are ready to sell.

How do cash-outs work?

The player asks you, you redeem the amount in the panel, and you pay them the way you agreed. The cash-out guide shows a safe routine.

Must a new agent be reachable around the clock?

No. Choose hours you can keep and tell players. Reliability matters more than long hours.

What is the most common beginner mistake?

Loading a player before their money has actually arrived. Always check your own account first.

How do I move up later?

Once friends start asking to resell through you, look at a sub-distributor seat.
