Game Vault Admin Password Reset

Forgot the password to your Game Vault seat? There is no self-service email reset, but the fix is quick once you know who to ask.

Who resets what

Proving it is your seat

We will ask you to message from the same WhatsApp number or email you used when the seat was opened, and to give us the username exactly. This stops someone else from taking over your balance with a fake request.

Resetting a seller under you

From your Game Vault panel, find the seller in your list and edit the account to set a temporary password. Send it to them privately and ask them to change it on first login. Make a note of the date so you can explain the change later if it shows in the history.

Choosing the new password

Long beats clever. Three or four unrelated words strung together are easy to remember and hard to guess. Do not reuse your email password, and do not keep it in the same chat as your players.

If you suspect a takeover

If the password stopped working because someone changed it, tell us straight away. We can freeze the seat while we sort it out, which protects the balance.
