Game Vault Player Password Reset

Forgotten passwords are one of the most common messages a Game Vault agent gets. The reset takes seconds; making sure it is the real player matters more.

Verify first

Ask something only the genuine player would know, such as the size of their last top-up or roughly when they joined. Be extra careful with requests from a new number claiming to be a regular.

Reset in the panel

1. Sign in to the agent panel.
2. Find the player by username.
3. Choose the password option and set a temporary one.
4. Save and note the time of the reset.

Share it privately

Send the temporary password only in a one-to-one chat with the verified player, and ask them to change it as soon as they log in.

If the balance changed

A player who says their balance dropped while they were locked out may have had someone else in their account. Check the history together and stop further loads until it is sorted.

Prevent repeats

Suggest each player picks a password unique to Game Vault and keeps it to themselves, friends included.

Your own password

Agent and admin logins are a different matter. If you are locked out of your own seat, see the admin password reset page.
