Game Vault House Rules Template

A pinned set of rules answers half your Game Vault questions before anyone asks. Here is an outline to adapt.

The outline

1. One username each. Usernames are personal; sharing leads to disputes.
2. Pay first. Points are added after your payment shows up.
3. Cash-outs in order. Send your request privately with the amount; requests are handled first come, first served.
4. Offers. Only the offer in the pinned post applies, until its end date.
5. Hours. Replies between the hours shown; later messages wait for the next shift.
6. Respect. Abuse or spam means removal.
7. Safety. Download only from the pinned link and never share your password.

Make it yours

Swap in your actual hours, your payment methods and your own offer. If you run a shop as well as an online page, mention which rules apply where.

Date every change

Put “updated on” and the date at the top. Players who return after a break then know to read it again.

Leave these out

Do not describe yourself as an official Game Vault agent, promise wins or quote numbers you cannot back up. Rules are about your service only.

A sample opening line

Start your rules with one friendly sentence before the list, for example: “Welcome, here is how our Game Vault page works so nothing is a surprise.” It sets a helpful tone, and players are more likely to read the list that follows.

Where to post

Pin it in your group, add it to your page’s about section and send it to new players with their first username.

Related: group chat management, cash-out process. Promo 9%, minimum 5,000 points.
