Game Vault Agent UAE

A Game Vault agent seat lets a seller in the Emirates serve their own players. Here is what the work involves day to day.

Check what applies to you

Sellers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah should first be sure that serving players is allowed for them and in the places those players live. Our service is remote, with no desk or staff in the Emirates.

Your daily tasks

Make usernames, load players after payment, redeem at cash-out and answer questions. The Game Vault panel logs each action with a time stamp, which is useful when a player asks what happened to their balance.

Install support

Game Vault runs in phone apps. Keep the download link handy and a two-line message explaining how to sign in. Most install issues come from storage space or an old operating system, and a quick restart often fixes the rest.

Promos to mention

When a new promotion goes live or the lobby changes its seasonal theme, tell your players in one short message. Avoid promising results; just describe what is new.

Writing it down

A simple daily log of loads and redeems, checked against the panel before you sleep, keeps you accurate even when the evening is busy.

Ready? Ask for an empty seat through the contact page.

Handling several conversations at once

On a busy evening three or four players may write at the same moment. Reply to each with a quick “got it, one minute”, then work through them in order. Players are far more patient when they know you have seen their message, even if the load itself takes a moment longer.
