Game Vault Agent Account
An agent account is the simplest way into Game Vault: a single login, your own players, and points you buy in advance.
Who it suits
Online operators who manage players over chat apps, and room owners who want one more game in their lineup.
What you control
Your players, their balances and their passwords. Nothing above your level.
Growing later
When your player list grows, you can move up to a distributor panel and open agents of your own.
Opening steps
- Send a message saying "Game Vault agent".
- Receive an empty agent login and try it.
- Pick a starting load and get the rate by message.
- Pay prepaid and start adding players.
What a Game Vault agent actually does
A Game Vault agent is the person players deal with. You recruit players, create their usernames, take deposits through your own payment methods, load points, and handle cash-outs. The agent account is the tool that makes all of this possible: one browser login with your own point balance and your own player list.
Many agents run their business entirely from a phone, chatting with players on WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook and switching to the backend tab to load points. Others work from a physical location and use a tablet at the counter. Both work the same way.
Who a Game Vault agent account is right for
- New operators who want to learn the platform with a modest first load.
- Online sellers who already have a group of players and want to add a fresh game.
- Shop owners adding Game Vault next to other entertainment.
- Staff members who work under a distributor and need their own login.
Agent account vs distributor account
The difference is reach. An agent manages players. A distributor manages agents and players. An agent cannot open other agent logins; a distributor can. If you plan to stay small or just want to test the market, start as an agent. You can move up later, and we will help you do that. Our distributor guide explains the bigger setup.
Setting up your first players
Once your agent login is active, create two or three test players first. Install the Game Vault app on your own phone, sign in as one of those players, load a small amount of points and play a few rounds. This shows you exactly what your customers will see, and it helps you answer their questions with confidence.
Good habits for Game Vault agents
Answer quickly
Players choose agents who reply fast. Set up saved replies in your chat app for common questions such as "how do I download", "what is my username" and "how do I cash out".
Keep your balance healthy
Nothing loses a player faster than "sorry, I am out of points". Reload before you hit zero. We are reachable on WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, email and live chat.
Write things down
Record every deposit and cash-out outside the panel too. A clean record protects you if a player disputes a transaction.
How to open a Game Vault agent account
Send us a message saying you want a Game Vault agent account. We will set up an empty login so you can test the backend. When you are ready, ask for the current rate, pay for your first prepaid load, and the points appear in your panel. Prices are shared by message only, so use the Message us for price button any time.
Want to understand the panel before you start? Read the Game Vault backend guide.
A typical day as a Game Vault agent
Most agents start the day by checking their balance and reading overnight messages. Players who signed up late may be waiting for a username, and regulars may want a morning reload. Work through the queue in order, answer the quick questions first, then handle any cash-out requests. Around midday, review the transaction history to make sure every deposit you took has a matching recharge. Evenings and weekends are usually the busiest hours, so plan your reloads with us before then rather than in the middle of a rush.
Small details add up. Greeting players by name, confirming each load with a short message and sending the download link without being asked all make players feel looked after. Agents who treat the job as customer service rather than just point loading tend to keep their players for months instead of weeks.
Questions agents ask us
Can I have more than one agent login? Yes, if you have staff or separate player groups. Can I change my username later? Ask us and we will explain the options. What if a player says points are missing? Check the history together; it shows every move with a time stamp. For anything else, see the FAQ.
