Game Vault Distributor Kenya

Kenyan sellers often run their whole business from a phone. A Game Vault distributor seat suits that style, because the panel is a mobile-friendly web page.

Phone-ready agents

Before an agent sells, ask them to open the Game Vault agent panel on their phone, create a test player and do one load and one redeem. If they can do that comfortably on a small screen, they are ready. If not, a short video call fixes most issues.

App support down the chain

Players use the Game Vault app. Give your agents the official download link and a simple install message to share. When every agent sends the same link and wording, you avoid confusion and fake download sites.

Transfer windows on EAT

Kenya runs on UTC+3. Set times when agents can request balance, such as midday and early evening. You can then plan your own orders with us and never be caught empty on a busy weekend.

Weekly totals

Every week, compare what each agent received from your seat with what they paid you. It takes ten minutes and keeps relationships healthy.

Handling a lost phone

Because your agents work from phones, a lost or stolen handset is a real risk. Ask every agent to tell you immediately if it happens. Change that seat’s password, check the Game Vault history for anything unexpected and, if needed, move the remaining balance back to your distributor seat until they are set up again. Agree on this plan before it is ever needed.
