Game Vault Player Onboarding Script

The first ten minutes with a new Game Vault player set the tone. Here is a simple sequence of messages you can adapt.

Message 1: welcome

"Hi, thanks for reaching out. I can set you up on Game Vault in a few minutes. I am online from [hours, time zone]." Short, friendly and honest about your hours.

Message 2: the app

"Please install Game Vault from download.gamevault999.com. It works on iPhone and Android. Tell me when it is installed." Waiting for confirmation avoids sending a login to someone who cannot use it yet.

Message 3: the login

Create the username in the panel, then send it privately with a starter password. "Please change the password when you first sign in."

Message 4: payment

"To add balance, send [amount] via [method]. I load as soon as it shows in my account." Use only the payment options you actually accept.

Message 5: confirmation

After the money arrives and you load: "Done, [amount] added. Open the app to see it." Ask them to reply if they do not.

Message 6: cash-outs

"When you want to cash out, message me with the amount. I process cash-outs during my hours, usually within [time]." Promise only what you can deliver.

Keep it personal

Adapt the words to your style. A script should make you faster, not robotic.
