Game Vault Recharge Nepal

In Game Vault, a recharge is points moving from an agent to a player. If you are in Nepal, here is how to do it quickly and keep it traceable.

Player or agent?

Players do not recharge from us directly. A player asks their agent; the agent moves points from their own balance to the player's username. If you are a player, message the agent who created your account. If you are an agent, keep reading.

Nepal's unusual clock

Nepal Time is GMT +5:45, a quarter hour off most neighbours. When players abroad say "9 PM", convert carefully. Many agents pin a small time chart in their group so nobody is confused about cut-off times.

Confirm before you click

Copy the username from your records, not from memory. Read it back to the player for larger recharges. A wrong username is the most common recharge error, and fixing it takes far longer than checking first.

Dashain and Tihar

Festival weeks bring more free time and more top-ups. Check your balance a few days ahead and place a larger order with us so you do not run short during the holidays.

A recharge log that works

Four columns: time, username, amount, payment reference. Fill it the moment you recharge. At week's end compare it with the panel history; if both agree, you are finished.

Check what local rules say before you take payments. We have no office in Nepal; all support is online.

Agents restocking for Nepal can message the Game Vault distributors team, and buying points in Nepal covers the agent side of orders.

Weighing up several suppliers? The Game Vault distributors home page lists what we offer and what we will never promise.
