Running Multiple Game Vault Promotions

Game Vault lets operators keep more than one promotion live at once. That is useful, but two offers running together need more planning than one.

Why stack offers

A common pair is a welcome bonus for new players and a weekend bonus for regulars. They target different people, so they rarely clash. Problems start when two offers aimed at the same players overlap without clear rules.

Write the terms first

• Who qualifies for each offer.
• Whether a player can use both on the same load.
• The start and end time, with time zone.
• Any playthrough you require before cash-out.

If you cannot explain both offers in four short lines, simplify them.

Count the cost

Every bonus point you give comes from your own balance. Before launching a second offer, estimate how many players will claim it and multiply by the bonus. Add that to your normal stock so the seat does not run low mid-weekend.

Track each offer separately

Keep a column in your log for which offer each bonus came from. After a week, compare: did the welcome bonus bring players who stayed, or only one-time visitors? Did the weekend bonus raise loads, or just give away points to people who would have played anyway?

Ending an offer cleanly

Announce the end a day before. Honour anything already claimed. Never change the terms halfway through an offer; players remember.

One at a time is fine too

If you are new, start with one promotion. Add a second once you are comfortable reading your numbers.

Ideas for offers are on Game Vault bonuses and promotions; seasonal timing is on seasonal lobby themes.
