Game Vault Holiday Weekend Planning

Holidays are when Game Vault’s seasonal lobby shines and when players have the most free time. A little planning keeps you ready.

Holiday themes are your hook

Game Vault often changes its lobby look around major seasons. When a holiday theme appears, share a screenshot from your test account with a short message. It is a friendly, low-pressure way to remind players you are there.

Check last year’s numbers

If you have history from a previous long weekend, use it. Add up the loads and plan for at least that much, with a buffer. If you are new, use your busiest normal weekend as a guide and add a margin.

Order before the holiday

Payments can slow down during holidays. Place your order two or three working days before, and use the 9% bonus on orders from 5,000 points where it makes sense.

Tell players your hours

Holidays are family time for you too. Post your hours early and stick to them. A clear schedule is better than replying at random.

Cash-outs

Keep your usual rules for redeems. Do not change limits or delay payments just because the weekend is busy; players remember how you treated them on the big days.

Afterwards

Write down what you used, how many players were active and what you would change. Next holiday, you will plan from real numbers.
