Game Vault Agent WhatsApp Setup

For many agents WhatsApp is where nearly every player conversation happens. A tidy setup saves time each shift and keeps mistakes down.

Use a number only for this

Mixing family chats with player requests is how screenshots get sent to the wrong person. A second SIM or a dual-SIM phone with WhatsApp Business on the work number keeps the two worlds apart, and you can switch the work side off when your hours end.

Fill in the business profile

The Business app has room for a one-line summary, opening hours and an automatic welcome note. Describe what you do in plain terms, list the hours you actually answer and leave out anything you cannot back up, such as claims of being the official Game Vault seller.

Labels keep the queue readable

Create a handful of labels, for example New, Waiting payment, Loaded and Redeem pending. Tag each chat as it moves along. At the start of a shift you can open the Waiting payment label and see exactly who still needs checking.

Quick replies for repeated answers

Save short replies for questions you get daily: where to download the app, how payment works, your hours. Type a slash and the shortcut, then adjust a word or two so it still sounds like you rather than a bot.

Broadcast lists, used sparingly

A broadcast list reaches only people who have saved your number, which makes it useful for notices such as a change of hours. Avoid sending promotions every day; players mute or block numbers that spam them.

Privacy habits

Never paste one player’s username or balance into another chat. Send passwords one to one, and ask each player to change the password on first sign-in. Turn on two-step verification in WhatsApp settings so a stolen SIM cannot take over your account.

Back up the chat history

Payment proof often lives in chat screenshots. Switch on the daily chat backup so a lost phone does not wipe the evidence you need to settle a query.
