Game Vault Backend and Admin Panel

The backend is where the business side of Game Vault happens. Players only see the game lobby; you see everything behind it.

Tasks you handle from the panel

Player setup

Make a username and password for a new player in a few seconds, then share it with them.

Recharge & redeem

Move points into a player's balance when they deposit, and take them back out when they cash out.

Records

Look up each transaction, see who played what, and keep your own numbers in order.

Admin login vs agent login

A distributor-level admin can open agent logins below it. An agent login can only manage its own players. Tell us how many players you expect and we will suggest a setup.

Keeping points topped up

Your balance is prepaid. When it runs low, message us, pay for the next load, and it is added to the same panel. Rates change with volume, so we share them by message only.

What the Game Vault admin panel looks like

When you sign in to the Game Vault backend, you land on a dashboard that shows your current point balance and a list of the players or agents under you. A search box at the top lets you find any username in seconds. Menus along the side lead to account creation, recharge and redeem, history, and settings. The layout is simple on purpose: most operators spend their day doing the same few actions, and the panel keeps them one or two clicks away.

Daily tasks in the Game Vault backend

Creating player accounts

Choose "create player", type a username and password, and save. The player can now sign in to the Game Vault app. Many operators use a naming pattern, such as a short prefix plus a number, so they can spot their own players quickly in long lists.

Recharging points

When a player sends a deposit through your usual payment method, you find their username and enter the amount. The points move from your balance to theirs instantly. Your own balance drops by the same amount, which is why keeping your account topped up matters.

Redeeming points

When a player wants to cash out, you redeem the points from their account. They return to your balance, and you settle with the player on your side. The history screen records both sides of every move.

Resetting passwords and locking accounts

Players forget passwords constantly. The panel lets you set a new one in a few seconds. You can also lock an account if you suspect it is being shared or misused.

Game Vault admin vs agent backend

The word "admin" can mean different things. In Game Vault terms, a distributor-level admin can create agent logins below them, view each agent's balance and send points down the chain. An agent backend has the same player tools but cannot create other agents. If you want to supply other sellers, you need the higher level; if you only serve your own players, the agent account is enough.

Reports and record keeping

The transaction history is the most underrated part of the Game Vault backend. Filter by date or by player and you can see every recharge and redeem. We suggest you also keep a simple spreadsheet of your own: date, player, amount in, amount out. When the two records agree, you always know where you stand, and disputes with players become rare.

Accessing the backend on any device

The Game Vault backend runs in a web browser, so there is nothing to install. It works on a laptop at the counter, a tablet behind the bar or your phone while you are out. Use a modern browser such as Chrome, Safari or Edge, and log out on shared devices.

Keeping your Game Vault backend secure

  • Use a strong, unique password and never share it in group chats.
  • Give staff their own agent logins instead of your main admin login.
  • Check the history once a day for anything you do not recognise.
  • Message us straight away if you think your login has been seen by someone else.

Getting your own Game Vault backend

We start every client with an empty Game Vault panel so you can do everything above before paying. When you are happy, ask for a price, fund the account and start working. You can also read how the player app download works so you can guide new players, or jump to the FAQ.
