Game Vault Agent Daily Checklist

Running Game Vault well is mostly about doing small things on time. Here is a routine built around how Game Vault actually works.

When you wake up

• Note your Game Vault balance.
• Reply to overnight messages, oldest first.
• Confirm that every redeem from last night was paid.

Midday: check the lobby

• Open the app as your test player and see whether the seasonal theme or promotions have changed.
• If something is new, write one short message for your group.
• Check whether any player asked for help installing the app.

Before the rush

• Compare your balance with what you used on the same day last week.
• If you have less than two nights’ worth, reorder now.
• Post your hours for tonight.

During the rush

• Answer in order of arrival.
• Confirm the username before every load.
• Log each load and redeem as it happens.

Closing up

Total your log and match it with the panel history. The transaction log guide explains each entry. When totals match, you are done for the day.

Every Sunday

Message players who have been quiet for two weeks, review your order sizes and change your password if you used a shared device.

Adapt the list to your hours. If you serve players in another time zone, move the blocks to match their evening, not yours.
