Game Vault Agent Canada

For a Canadian seller with a few interested players, a Game Vault agent seat is quick to open and simple to run.

What an agent handles

You create player accounts, load them when they pay and redeem their balance when they cash out. You do not create other sellers; that is a distributor’s job. Starting narrow means you can learn the Game Vault panel properly before taking on more.

App-first players

Game Vault is played in the Android and iPhone apps. Before your first player joins, install the app yourself and sign in with a test username. Seeing the lobby through a player’s eyes is the quickest way to answer their questions.

English and French messages

If your players speak both languages, keep a welcome message in each. Short is better: how to pay, your hours, how cash-outs work. The house rules template is a good base to translate.

The nightly sheet

Write each move as it happens: time, username, amount and whether it was a load or a redeem. Before bed, compare your totals with the panel history. It is the cheapest insurance an agent has.

Getting set up

We are not based in Canada and run every seat remotely. Ask for an empty Game Vault agent seat through the contact page.
