Game Vault Points Explained for Players

Many player arguments start from one misunderstanding about how Game Vault points work. Explaining it in plain words on day one prevents most of them.

The short version for players

"When you pay, I send points to your account. You play with those points. When you want to cash out, tell me how many points to take back, and I pay you for them." That is the whole cycle.

Balance goes up and down

Every bet takes points from the balance; every win adds some. The number on screen is the only balance that counts. Encourage players to screenshot it before asking for a cash-out.

Why the agent sees the history

Players sometimes worry that you can "see" their games. Explain that you see loads, redeems and a play history, which is exactly what lets you settle questions fairly.

Common confusions

• Points do not move between different games.
• A load is not instant if you are offline; it arrives when you process it.
• Redeemed points leave the account, so the balance drops.

Keep your word consistent

Use the same terms every time, either "points" or "credits", not both. Switching words makes new players think there are two separate balances.

Write it into your sheet

Add this explanation to the welcome message so every player hears it once before their first load.
