Game Vault Agent ID

When you order Game Vault points, the first thing we ask for is your seat name, sometimes called the agent ID. This page explains the term and where to look for it.

The name of your seat

Your agent ID is the account name you type when signing in at agent.gamevault999.com. It identifies your seat in the system, so points sent to it reach you and nobody else.

Not a secret, unlike the password

Sharing the seat name with your supplier is normal and necessary. Sharing the password is never necessary. We will not ask for it, and you should refuse anyone who does.

Finding it

Look at the login screen you use, or the top of the panel after signing in, usually beside your balance. Copy it exactly. Similar-looking characters, like a zero and the letter O, cause misdirected orders.

Several seats

If you run more than one seat, for example one for a shop and one for online players, label them clearly in your notes and name the right one in every order.

Players ask for it too

When a player asks for your agent ID, they usually mean your contact details or the name of your room. Give them your WhatsApp or Telegram handle, not your seat login.

If you forget it

Message us from the number you normally use and we will remind you which seat is yours. For security, we confirm only through the usual chat, never through a new number claiming to be you.
