Game Vault Agent Tools Checklist

A Game Vault seat runs on very ordinary kit. You need a few reliable tools and the habit of using them every day.

Hardware

• A phone with a working browser for agent.gamevault999.com.
• A second device, even an old one, in case the first breaks.
• A charger and, if power cuts are common where you live, a power bank.

Accounts

• Your agent login with a strong, unique password.
• A test player you control, installed from download.gamevault999.com.
• A separate messaging number or account for players.

Records

A spreadsheet or notebook with date, player, load, cash-out and payment reference. Write each line the moment it happens; memory fails by midnight.

Saved replies

Write these once and reuse them: welcome message, how to install the app, how to pay, minimum load, cash-out rules and your hours. They keep your answers consistent and save typing.

A calendar

Mark paydays, holidays and any promotion you plan. Use it to decide when to reorder.

What you do not need

You do not need special software, a shop, or paid advertising to begin. Many agents start with a handful of people they already know and grow from there.

Security habits

Never share your agent password with players. Log out on shared devices. If you suspect someone has your password, change it straight away and tell us.

A weekly review

Once a week, spend ten minutes looking back. Total the loads and cash-outs, check that your log matches the panel history and note anything that went wrong. Small mismatches are easy to fix after one week and very hard to untangle after three months.

For your daily routine see the agent daily checklist; for messaging setups see WhatsApp setup.
