Game Vault Recharge Sri Lanka

Recharge means two things to a Game Vault agent: sending points to a player, and buying more for your own seat. Sri Lankan agents need both to run smoothly.

Recharging a player

1. Sign in at agent.gamevault999.com.
2. Search the player’s username.
3. Choose recharge, enter the amount and read it back before confirming.
4. Message the player that it has gone through and suggest reopening the game.

When a player says it has not arrived

Check the history first. If the line is there, the player usually needs to close and reopen the game. If it is not there, the recharge did not go through; try again once.

Reloading your seat

When your own balance runs low, message us with your login and the amount. Prepay the quote, and the points land on your seat. Plan this a day ahead of busy weekends.

Common mistakes

• Recharging before payment has cleared.
• Recharging a similar username by accident.
• Letting your seat run to zero on a Friday.

Colombo timing

Your afternoon is the American early morning, which is a quiet window to reload before their evening.

Online only

We have no Sri Lankan office; everything is done by message.

If you are unsure about the right amount, message us with last week’s numbers and we will help you size the order.
