Game Vault Agent Scams to Avoid

Agents handle money all day, which makes them targets. Knowing the usual Game Vault scams is the best protection.

Edited payment screenshots

A player sends a picture of a "successful" payment that never arrives. Load only when the money is in your own account; pictures prove nothing.

Too-cheap points

An offer far below the going rate usually means one of two endings: the seller vanishes with your money, or the balance arrives and is frozen weeks later. Test any new supplier with an empty seat first. Our buy points safely guide lists warning signs.

Fake support

Someone claims to be from the platform and asks for your password to "verify" your seat. Real support never asks for passwords.

"I’ll buy your account"

Offers to buy your agent login, or to "rent" it, usually end with the buyer draining your balance. Your login is not for sale.

Player impersonation

A new number claims to be one of your regulars and asks for a password reset or a cash-out to a different account. Verify with a question only the real player can answer.

Overpayment tricks

A player "accidentally" sends too much and asks for the difference back, then the original payment is reversed. Wait until any payment fully settles before refunding.

If you are hit

Change your password, stop further loads to the suspicious account and message us with your username. Write down everything while it is fresh.
