Game Vault Backend Login Troubleshooting

You sit down to load a player and the Game Vault agent panel will not let you in. Before you panic, run through these checks. Nine times out of ten one of them is the answer.

Is it the address?

The Game Vault agent site has changed hosts over time, and old bookmarks can point to an address that no longer answers. Some browsers also force "https" in front of an address that only works as typed. Open the exact link from your welcome message instead of a saved shortcut.

Is it autofill?

Browsers often fill in an old Game Vault password after you change it. Delete what the browser filled, type the current password by hand and watch for a stray space at the end.

Is it the browser?

Open a private or incognito window and try there. If it works, your normal window is holding broken cookies. Clear the site data for the panel address and you are back in business.

Is it the connection?

A weak signal can make the login button appear to do nothing. Move to a stronger network, or swap Wi-Fi for mobile data, and press it once more.

Is the seat locked?

After several failed attempts the seat may be paused. Send us your Game Vault username, never the password, and we check it on our side. If someone above you in the tree changed your seat, we can tell you that too.
