Questions to Ask a Game Vault Distributor

Choosing who supplies your Game Vault points is one of the biggest decisions you make as a seller. These questions sort careful suppliers from risky ones.

The eight questions

1. Will you open an empty test seat before I pay?
2. Which payment options do you accept, and is everything prepaid?
3. What are your reply hours and time zone?
4. How fast do points usually arrive after payment?
5. What happens if points land on the wrong seat?
6. Who controls my seat if I stop buying from you?
7. How exactly does your promo work, and from what size?
8. Which contact details are the only real ones?

Good signs

Straight answers, a free test seat, clear written prices and the same contact numbers every time. A supplier who answers patiently before you pay is likely to do so afterwards.

Warning signs

Claims of being the official or only distributor, pressure to buy large amounts immediately, refusal to open a test seat and contact numbers that keep changing.

Our answers

Our side of it: a no-cost practice seat, prepaid orders only, answers from the same two contacts every time, and a 9% top-up on any one paid restock of at least 5,000 points. We are an independent distributor.

Write the answers down

Copy each answer into a note with the date. If you compare two or three suppliers, a side-by-side list makes the choice obvious, and if anything changes later you have their original words to refer to.
