Game Vault Agent Application Checklist

Print this, or keep it open on your phone. Each box takes minutes, and together they get your Game Vault seat running properly.

  • Message us. Send the words "Game Vault agent" to info@gamebridgedistributor.com or WhatsApp +1 (724) 466-2790. Tell us roughly how many players you expect.
  • Pick the right level. One login for your own players, or a sub-distributor seat if friends will sell under you.
  • Receive and secure the blank seat. Sign in, change the password, bookmark the address we sent.
  • Make a dummy player. Use it to see how usernames look and where the load and redeem buttons sit.
  • Draft house rules. Payment options, smallest load, cash-out times, reply hours. Keep it to one screen.
  • Prepare a record sheet. Date, time, username, in or out, amount, reference.
  • Ask for the price and fund. Pay ahead; the points show in the seat you tested.
  • Onboard three players. Send each the download guide and their username.
  • Seven-day review. Match your sheet to the panel history and set your reload level.

Where people stall

The step most often skipped is the house rules. Without them, the first cash-out request turns into a debate. Write them before the first player joins, even if they are short.

Growing later

When your list gets too long for one person, the sub-distributor seat lets you bring in helpers with their own logins.
