Running Game Vault from a counter means speed and clarity for customers waiting in line. This setup keeps both.

The store seat

A Game Vault store seat works like an agent seat: it creates player accounts and moves points in and out. We set the display name to your shop's name so your staff can tell it apart at a glance.

A counter flow customers like

1. New customer chooses a username; staff create it while the customer installs the app.
2. Customer pays at the till.
3. Staff load the points and turn the screen so the customer sees the new balance.
4. On cash-out, staff redeem in the panel first, then pay.

Paper or digital receipts

A small slip, or a message, with the username, amount and time saves arguments. Keep a copy yourself.

Logins for each employee

Ask for separate staff logins. When the evening shift takes over, the outgoing person writes the balance on a note. If something is off, you know which shift to ask.

Helping customers install

Keep a printed card at the counter with the link to the Game Vault download page. iPhone customers sometimes need to trust the profile; staff who know that step save a lot of time.
