Game Vault Agent Price Change Notice

At some point every Game Vault agent changes prices. How you announce it decides whether players shrug or leave.

Give notice

Announce changes a few days ahead, not the evening they start. Players who planned a reload deserve to know first.

A sample message

"From Monday, my Game Vault rates change to the following. Payments that reach me before Monday still get today's rate. Message me with questions." Short, clear and fair.

Honour what is paid

Any payment received before the change date gets the old rate, without argument. This single rule prevents nearly every complaint.

Explain only if asked

You do not owe a long justification. If someone asks, a brief honest reason is enough, such as higher costs.

Keep a record

Save the announcement and the date in your notes. If someone claims they were not told, you can show when and where you posted it.

Watch the reaction

Look at your loads in the two weeks after. If regular players drop off sharply, talk to a few of them privately and learn why.

Lowering prices

Price drops need announcing too. Say when the new rate starts and whether it applies to orders already queued. Players remember fairness in both directions.

Avoid frequent changes

Changing rates every week makes players suspicious and harder to plan for. Review prices monthly at most, and only change when the numbers in your sheet clearly support it.
