Game Vault Bonus and Player Promotions

Game Vault players see two kinds of offers: the platform’s lobby promotions and the bonuses you give as their agent. Keeping them apart avoids confusion.

Two kinds of offers

Platform promotions appear inside the Game Vault app, and several can run at the same time. You do not fund them. Agent bonuses are extra points you add from your own balance, for example on a first load. You fund those, so you set the limits.

Tell players which is which

When a player asks about “the bonus”, check whether they mean something in the lobby or something you announced. A short reply like “that one is in the app, mine is the first-load extra” saves a long thread.

Agent bonus ideas with a cap

• A fixed extra on a player’s first paid load, once per username.
• A small thank-you when a referred friend makes their first load.
• A holiday extra during a seasonal lobby theme, with a clear end date.

Track the cost

Note every bonus point in its own column. Compare the total with your weekly sales. If the bonus line keeps growing faster than sales, shrink the offer.

Bonus and cash-out rules together

If your bonus points come with any condition at cash-out, say so in the same sentence as the offer, not later. Players should never discover a condition only when they ask to redeem. If you prefer no conditions, keep the bonus small enough that you are comfortable with that.

Review each season

When the lobby theme changes, look at whether your current offer still makes sense, then refresh or retire it.

Words to avoid

Leave out “guaranteed”, “free money” and anything that suggests a win. Describe what you add and when, nothing more.
