Game Vault Admin Panel: A Daily Checklist

Published October 23, 2026 · Game Vault blog

The Game Vault admin panel is simple to learn, but the operators who stay organised are the ones who use it the same way every day. Here is a routine you can copy, whether you run one agent login or a whole distributor network.

Game Vault screen

Before your players log in

Open the panel at the start of your shift and look at your point balance first. It tells you how many recharges you can cover before you need a reload. If the number looks lower than you expected, compare it with yesterday's records before you serve anyone, so a small mistake does not grow through the day.

  • Check your current prepaid balance.
  • Glance at the last few transactions from the previous day.
  • Make sure your chat apps are open so player messages reach you quickly.

Creating new player logins

New players usually arrive through a chat message. Create their username and password in the panel, then send the details in the same chat so there is a written trail. Pick a naming pattern you can recognise later, for example a short prefix plus a number, so you can find any player in seconds.

If you are not sure how player accounts sit under your own login, our Game Vault agent account guide explains what an agent controls and what stays at the level above.

Recharges and redeems

Recharging moves points from your balance into a player's account, and redeeming moves them back. Two habits prevent most problems:

  1. Confirm first, then act. Only add points once you have confirmed the player's payment on your side.
  2. Double-check the username. Read it back before you press the button. Moving points to the wrong player is the most common slip.
  3. Write it down. Keep your own simple log with the time, the player and the amount, alongside the history the panel already keeps.

Password resets and stuck accounts

Players forget passwords all the time. Reset it from the panel, send the new one privately, and ask the player to log in while you are still in the chat. If a player says their balance looks wrong, open their transaction history before replying. The history usually answers the question for you.

For distributors: watching your agents

If you hold a distributor panel, your daily check has one more layer. Look at which agents are active, which ones are close to running out of points, and who might need a reload from you soon. Passing points down early keeps your agents serving players without gaps. Our guide to becoming a Game Vault distributor covers how that panel level works.

End of day: match your numbers

Before you close the panel, compare three things: your balance at the start of the day, the recharges and redeems in your log, and your balance now. If they line up, you are done. If they do not, it is far easier to find the gap today than next week.

Plan your next reload early. Every Game Vault load we supply is prepaid. When your balance gets low, message us before it reaches zero so the next load is ready when you need it. Message us for price, as rates depend on the size of the load.
