Game Vault API Integration for Agents and Distributors
Tired of copying usernames into the Game Vault panel all day? An API link lets your own website, app or chat bot ask for player logins and point loads by itself. This page explains it in plain words, so you can decide if it is worth doing.
The idea in one minute
Most Game Vault sellers work by hand. A player sends money, the seller opens the Game Vault backend, finds the username and types an amount. That is fine with ten players. With two hundred it eats your whole evening, and tired hands make typing slips.
An API is simply a door that lets one computer program talk to another. With the Gamebridge API connection, your own program can knock on that door and say "make a new player called Sam" or "put 50 points on Sam". The answer comes back in a second or two, with the new balance. Nobody has to click anything.

What your system can ask Game Vault to do
The list below is the usual set of actions. Before your developer writes a single line, we confirm in chat exactly which ones are switched on for your Game Vault seat.
- Open a player login with a username and password you choose.
- Load points onto a player, tagged with your own order number.
- Take points back when a player cashes out, again with an order number.
- Read a player balance so your site can show it on a member page.
- Read your own seller balance so you know when it is time to top up.
- Look up a player ID from the login name your customer types.
- List players running low, handy for friendly "need a reload?" messages.
- Reset a forgotten password without opening the panel.
- Sign a player out of every device if an account looks shared or stolen.
How one paid order travels
- Your customer pays on your website, shop page or bot, using whatever payment way you accept.
- Your system checks that the money really arrived. This part is yours; the API never touches money.
- Your server sends a load request for that player, with a fresh order number.
- Game Vault takes the points from your seller balance and adds them to the player.
- The reply carries both new balances. Your system saves it next to the order.
- The player opens the app and the points are already there.
Cash-outs run the other way. Your system asks to take points back from the player, they return to your seller balance, and you pay the player under the rules you set.

Who should use it, and who should not
It pays off when you already have steady traffic: an online shop that sells Game Vault points, a members site, or a Telegram or WhatsApp bot answering many people at once. It also suits distributors who want their agents to work through one shared tool instead of a dozen browser tabs.
If you only serve a few regulars, keep it simple. The panel on your phone is quicker to learn and costs nothing to run. You can always come back to the API later; your account and balance stay the same.
What you need on your side
- A Game Vault seller seat with prepaid points in it. Read the agent account page if you do not have one yet.
- Someone who can code. A freelance developer is enough. Any common language works, because the requests are plain web form posts.
- A small server that stays online. The secret key lives here and nowhere else.
- Your own payment check. Decide how your system knows a payment is real before it loads anything.
- A simple log of every request and reply, so you can match it with the backend history later.
Getting connected through us, step by step
- Tell us your plan. Message us with "Game Vault API" and a short note on what you want to automate.
- Try the panel empty first. We open a blank Game Vault seat so you see how players and points look from the inside.
- Get the documents. We share the request list and explain each field to you or your developer.
- Receive your keys. You get a seller ID and a secret key. Each request is signed with the ID, the current time and that key.
- Build and test small. Create a test player, load a tiny amount, read the balance, take it back. Compare every step with the backend history.
- Go live slowly. Start with a few real customers, watch the logs for a day or two, then open it to everyone.

Never load twice: order numbers
The internet drops connections. Sometimes your server sends a load, the points go through, but the reply never arrives. If your code simply tries again, the player could get paid twice.
The fix is the order number. Give every load and every cash-out its own number and store it before sending. If you are unsure whether a request worked, read the player balance first, or look the order up in your log, before sending anything new. Good systems treat "no reply" as "check first", never as "failed".
Keeping the account safe
- Keep the secret key on your server only. Never place it in a web page, a phone app file or a group chat.
- Let only your own server send requests. Customers should talk to your site, and your site talks to Game Vault.
- Put a daily cap on loads in your own code, so a bug cannot drain your balance overnight.
- Check your seller balance each morning against yesterday's orders.
- If a developer leaves or the key might have leaked, message us and we will change it.
The backend security checklist has more habits that apply to API sellers too.
Using the API and the panel together
Connecting your site does not lock you out of the panel. Both work on the same balance, so you can automate online sales and still load walk-in or phone customers by hand. Every action, from either side, appears in one history list. Distributors can keep their admin seat for managing agents while a website handles players.
Points, price and topping up
API sellers buy Game Vault points the same prepaid way as everyone else. There is no credit line: when your balance runs out, loads stop until you top up. That is why the low-balance and seller-balance requests matter. Set your system to warn you early. To order, see buy Game Vault credits or message us for price. Right now Game Vault distributor seats come with a 9% promo once an order reaches 5,000 points.

Game Vault API questions
Does Game Vault API integration cost extra?
Message us for price. The answer depends on your setup, so we explain the terms one to one before you build anything.
Can my developer test without spending points?
Yes. Building starts on an empty seat. Once you are ready to test loads, a very small top-up is enough to try every action.
Which coding language do I need?
Any language that can send a web form post and read a JSON reply. PHP, Node, Python and others all work.
Will my players notice anything different?
No. They still use the normal Game Vault app. They simply get their points faster.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Load requests are refused until you top up. Ask for your seller balance in your code and warn yourself before it gets low.
Can I connect more than one website?
Yes, but keep the key on one server and let your sites talk to that server, not to Game Vault directly.
Can sub-agents use the API?
Usually the connection sits on one seller seat. Agents below you can still work in the panel. Tell us your structure and we will suggest a layout.
