Game Vault Admin Panel: Separate Night Login
Day and night Game Vault crews make different mistakes. When they share one admin panel password, history cannot tell you who loaded what after midnight.
Create a night login with clear load limits. Keep prepaid credit buys and distributor moves on the owner seat. Staff should not need that password to help players.
At hand-off, write the float, open redeems, and which seats still hold points. The night login starts from that note, not from memory.
If a night helper leaves, disable only that login. Your Game Vault backend stays intact, and Monday review stays readable.
